Design Process

* Please note that no design process will start until we have received a completed contract and a 50% deposit. if you would like to be put on our waiting lists please contact us today!

Phase one:

Information gathering website worksheet completed by client - this first step is very important as it allows us to have a solid understanding of your company and you - like what are your business goals and dreams and how can the web assist you.

Certain information to consider when completing your worksheet is:

Purpose - what's the purpose of your website?

Goals - what do you want to accomplish with your site?

Target market - who is the specific group of people that you want to visit your site?

Content - what type of information do you want?

Phase two: Planning

Using the information gathered - we will put together and review all the information you provided to us on your worksheet and begin to put together our plan for your new website. we will also be able to review and determine if there are any additional services needed to complete your request and help you determine if now is the right time to look into those services or down the road.

Phase three: Design

Concept designs - we will put together a mock up based on the information you provided to us and send it to you within 7-14 days from the start of phase three. once you receive the mockup, please take some time to review it multiple times and determine if there are any changes that need to be made. we try to help as many clients as possible and to do so we have to ensure our process is very effective and streamlined so no one is held up. to help with that process we only allow three rounds of edits with no additional charge. should you need additional edits past the three supplied you will be charged our hourly rate. its best to review, make notes, step away and review again so that you can see it with fresh eyes and ensure you didn't miss anything.

Once you reviewed you can give us the thumbs up or a list of changes that need to be made. changes are normally made and a new concept is sent to you within 7 days, if we are running later we will let you know when the edits are received.

Phase four: Development

Now that we have completed the concept process it will be time to move into development and creating your online store.

This is also where we upload products (if you purchased that service) set up your SEO features and add any additional services you requested.

Phase five: Testing and Delivery

Once your site is ready to go, we will run a series of testing to ensure the site functions effectively and then will submit all your user information to you and contact you for a training session on your new system.
